Tri-State Elevator is celebrating its 40th year in business. This company was founded on hard work and quality service that still carries through today. Our mechanics belong to the Local 5 - International Union of Elevator Constructors. They all possess a minimum of 15 years field experience. We provide our mechanics with fully equipped trucks to service various types of vertical transportation: hydraulic and traction elevators, dumbwaiters, industrial and private lifts. Each mechanic carries a pager and a digital ratio, thus insuring a rapid response to your emergency situation.

Tri-State Elevator Co. Inc is a twenty-four hour operation. During non-business hours, our answering service contacts office personnel within minutes of an emergency. During business hours, we pride ourselves on immediate response to shut downs. We do not use voice mail systems, we use real operators, so there is always someone you can speak to.

We work in the five county regions surrounding Philadelphia, as well as in Philadelphia. In New Jersey we provide service in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Salem Counties. In Delaware we provide service in New Castle, Wilmington, Christina and Newark.
